Social Technologies for Employment Generation and Human Capital Development in the Service Economy

Abstract

This article is devoted to studying the impact of social technologies on employment generation and human capital development in the service economy. During the research, digital labor platforms, remote employment systems, professional skills development programs, and their impact on youth employment were analyzed. The article examines the growth in the volume of information technology services exports, the dynamics of changes in the employment rate, and the effectiveness of state programs for digital skills development. Based on the research results, practical recommendations aimed at expanding employment and improving the quality of human capital in the service sector through social technologies were developed.
