Abstract

This article analyzes the economic importance and role of state policy in regulating the unemployment rate in the labor market. The study examines the main economic mechanisms for reducing unemployment as well as the priority directions of employment policy. In addition, the importance of measures implemented by the state in ensuring labor market stability is substantiated.
