This article examines the features and interconnections of developing emotional vocabulary and leadership qualities in primary school children in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and analyzes and identifies the main problems existing within them. Furthermore, based on the analysis and study of existing problems in developing emotional vocabulary and leadership qualities in primary school students, scientific proposals and practical recommendations aimed at developing emotional vocabulary and leadership qualities in primary school students in general education schools in Uzbekistan have been developed.
